To determine the relocation of enterprises in different locations, all localities should also urge enterprises to formulate plans for relocation and implementation, and report them to departments for record. We should supervise the implementation of relevant projects such as the construction of chemical parks and relocation projects to undertake the relocation, and do a good job in the management of the safety and environmental protection of the original enterprises during the relocation period. When the relocation project is completed and put into operation, it is necessary to shut down the original production equipment and quit the disposal work. The provincial management office will supervise and inspect the implementation plans, audit and acceptance of three kinds of enterprises, such as rectification, rectification and relocation.
