Lan Jing Group REFIBRATM Technology Helps The Sustainable Development Of The Industry. The Proportion Of Recycled Raw Materials Is As High As 30%.
(REFIBRATM) as many as 30% of cotton pulp used in the TENCELTM technology, which is used in today's technology, is made up of cotton waste collected from the garment manufacturing process.
The REFIBRATM TENCELTM's products are now helping to provide more sustainable fiber products, which are widely used in knitting, denim fabrics, towels and bedding.
Lan Jing group (Lan Jing) today announced that the company's pioneering REFIBRATM technology to achieve a new milestone, the highest proportion of recycled raw materials to 30%, to further promote the textile market's recycling economy. The new product has excellent properties which are not prone to fibrin. It has been included in the market of TENCELTM Lai's fiber series.
The new fiber adopts closed loop production process which is responsible for the ecological environment. It uses 100% biological raw materials, selects wood pulp produced from sustainable forest management, and increases the amount of cotton pulp produced by upgrading and recycling cotton waste collected in the process of garment manufacturing to 30%. In addition to being difficult to produce fibrin and having good moisture absorption and sweat perspiration, new fibers also provide better air permeability, smooth skin feel and good toughness. This new fiber has expanded the TENCELTM REFIBRATM series of fiber products. Apart from denim fabrics, sportswear, clothing and home textiles, it also provides another choice of raw materials for the production of knitted garments, underwear and towels.
"Over the years, global fashion and home products brands and consumer demand for more sustainable materials have risen. The proportion of recycled raw materials in our pioneering REFIBRATM technology has increased to 30%, which not only complies with this inevitable trend, but also provides more environmentally friendly fiber products for brands and consumers, fulfilling our commitment to protect the environment. Raising the proportion of upgraded raw materials in our REFIBRATM technology fiber production can provide reuse opportunities for cotton waste and promote more sustainable development of clothing or home textiles. In line with a new identification system specially used to identify REFIBRATM technology fibers in clothing and textiles, we can provide transparent and transparent supply chain information to brands and consumers, so that they can fully believe that products are made of sustainable fibers. In the future, we will continue to promote sustainable fiber innovation and pave the way for the recycling economy in the textile industry ecosystem. " Florian Heubrandner, vice president of global business management of Lan Jing group, said so.
The new fiber has the characteristics of not easy to have original fibrosis. After verification, it can still maintain a comfortable and comfortable skin after repeated washing. Like other TENCELTM lax fibers using REFIBRATM technology, the new fiber can make up to 30% of the amount of cotton waste collected and upgraded during the garment manufacturing process, so that tons of cotton waste will no longer be classified as garbage and be burying or burning. The production of this bio source fiber also achieved high resource efficiency and low environmental impact, and the recovery rate of related water and solvents exceeded 99.5%.
In addition, by using the innovative special identification technology specially used to confirm the source of fiber, the REFIBRATM technology TENCELTM, which is used in spinning, fabrics and final garments, can also be identified. This not only enhances the transparency of the supply chain, but also lets fashion brands fully believe that the fibers used in their clothing or home textile products do adopt sustainable development of raw materials and production processes.
