In his speech, He Yanli pointed out that green, low carbon and recycling are important topics for the sustainable development of China's chemical fiber industry and even the textile industry. Lesel fiber raw material is derived from nature and is a biodegradable chemical fiber. Its production process is green, clean and pollution-free, and is in line with the green development direction. In recent years, Lesel fiber has achieved rapid development in China, and domestic technology has achieved breakthroughs, and the downstream application market has also expanded rapidly.

Peixian is a large county of traditional textile material production in China. It is "the county of China's Viscose yarn production base" and has strong foundation for textile materials production. In recent years, Peixian has been actively complying with the new trend of green development. He Yanli made three suggestions for the development of Peixian's bassell fiber. First, we should do a good job in the trial production, commissioning and smooth production of the first phase of the Jin Rongtai project, seriously solve all kinds of problems that appear in the project, lay a solid foundation for the later expansion; two, gradually expand the following expansion process, decide the scale and time of the expansion according to the quality level of the first phase product development, and three, pay attention to the coordination of the whole industrial chain such as yarn, cloth, weaving, dyeing, finishing and finished products, and take the initiative to work together with the downstream enterprises to cultivate new markets and develop new processes.

Yang Qi, deputy secretary of the Peixian Economic Development Zone Party committee and deputy director of the management committee, promoted the theme of "the development of new textile materials in Peixian". According to Yang Qi, the Peixian economic development zone is located in the West and south of Peixian city. It was established in December 2001. In 2006, it was approved by the provincial government as a provincial Development Zone. The plan covers an area of 52.6 square kilometers. It has formed the "nine vertical fifteen horizontal" road network framework and the layout of the "one district, multi parks, four centers" park. According to the development pattern of "Bei Lian Pei Bei, East connect new area, South Lian Pei Jing, Xi Pei Pei", the total land scale will develop to 105.31 square kilometers. The park takes the green development as the core, and builds green textile industrial park around the green raw materials, green process, green products and green environment.

The textile industry is one of the characteristic industries in Peixian. In 2017, Peixian was awarded the title of "China viscose yarn production base county". With the accelerated pace of transformation and upgrading of China's textile industry, Peixian has actively implemented the concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing". Relying on the "China viscose yarn production base" and the annual production of 300 thousand tons of new materials, the new 20 square kilometers of textile new town, a world-class Laier fiber technology academician workstation and R & D center and a domestic textile university have been planned to form a new textile and new material base with integrated production, study and research.

Jin Rongtai, chairman of the new Mstar Technology Ltd of Jiangsu, Wang Peirong shared the performance, advantages, application prospects and production applications of Lesel fiber. The total investment of Jin Rongtai's new textile material project is about 12 billion 100 million yuan, of which annual output is 300 thousand tons, and the investment of Laixin new material is about 7 billion 100 million yuan, and the total investment of high-end textile production base is 5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has already started two lines of the production line, with an annual output of 60 thousand tons. The first production line is planned to be commissioned in November this year. Relying on the advanced talents of cellulose fiber technology and the most advanced equipment at home and abroad, the project has developed and applied the most advanced domestic independent intellectual property rights of the project. The production process achieves environmental protection, low energy consumption and high quality, and the production technology and product quality reach the advanced level of the world.
