In November 9th, a high-profile character award and new book first event were held in Xiping County, Henan province. The award ceremony and the new book are hosted by the deputy director of the CPC Central Committee Office and vice chairman of the China Textile Research Institute, Jiang Guohua.

In the management of textile enterprises for decades, Zhang Guocheng grew from a layman of textile specialty to a manager of textile enterprise management.
