Young People On Both Sides Of The Straits Join Hands In Conspiring To Develop High Quality Industries.

In recent years, the global nonwovens industry is in a stage of rapid development. China's nonwoven industry has become the largest producer and consumer in the world after decades of development and growth, but there is still much room for improvement in cutting-edge new materials, intelligent manufacturing and high technology. How to make the nonwoven industry find a balance and breakthrough in the inheritance and innovation of the parents and children? How can we make the two generation of young entrepreneurs on both sides of the Strait work hand in hand in the grim situation at home and abroad, and jointly promote the high quality development of the industry?

In December 10th, the Youth Entrepreneurs Association of China Industrial Textiles Association (hereinafter referred to as the Middle Class League) and the youth entrepreneur representative of China Taiwan Nonwoven Industry Association held a symposium at Donghua University, Shanghai. More than 50 young entrepreneurs across the Straits, professors from the textile School of Donghua University and representatives from the middle class gathered together to conspire to upgrade the new direction of nonwoven industry's transformation and upgrading.

In addition, the delegates also visited the Museum of textile and clothing of Donghua University, witnessing the school's R & D and innovation achievements in the field of textile and apparel for many years, and further cognition of personnel training, technological innovation and fashion trends.

Collaborative innovation and win-win future

Zhang Chuanxiong, Secretary General of the middle class, gave a warm welcome to the arrival of Taiwan compatriots. He said that the textile industry has always been an important field of cross-strait economic and trade cooperation, and nonwoven fabric is one of the textile industries with the most potential and vitality. Taiwan, China, has established a nonwoven industrial system since 60s of last century, nearly 20 years earlier than the mainland. After decades of development, nonwoven fabric has become an important cooperation part of the textile industry across the Taiwan Strait, creating a wealth of jobs and jobs for both sides. At present, the mainland's nonwovens industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading. The traditional advantages of demographic dividend and resource elements are weakening, and new advantages such as talent, technology, brand and capital are being gradually strengthened, which will become an important force driving the development of nonwoven industry.

China's Taiwan nonwovens system has been established at an early start and has developed rapidly. It is leading in the field of new materials, functionalization and personalized product development, and transnational layout. It has an important reference for the transformation and upgrading of the mainland's nonwoven industry. In recent years, the mainland's nonwovens industry has maintained steady development. Now it has become the largest consumer, producer and exporter, with huge domestic demand and increasing consumer demand. The two sides of the Strait are of the same origin and blood relationship. I believe that through this in-depth technical exchange and discussion, we can bring more thinking and Enlightenment to young entrepreneurs on both sides of the Straits, push forward the transformation and upgrading of the industry, and work hand in hand to create a bright future for the nonwoven industry.

Chen Shizhong, director of the Taiwan Nonwoven Industry Association, said that as the two generation of young entrepreneurs, our parents have left us a good industrial foundation and resources. But at present, the whole textile market environment has changed greatly, and challenges and opportunities coexist. We should think about how to innovate in the inheritance, and promote the development of the nonwoven industry with new technology, new technology and new ideas. This year, the nonwoven association has been established for 41 years, and has developed to 100 member manufacturers, covering non-woven fabrics, fiber, mask, mask, machinery and other non-woven industrial chain related production, R & D and many other areas. It is hoped that both sides will jointly grasp the development opportunities and carry out exchanges, cooperation and common progress in various forms, levels, channels and fields.

At the meeting, Huang Zhiping, Secretary General of Taiwan China Nonwovens Industry Association and Sun Beibei, Secretary General of the Middle Class League, respectively introduced the members and development of China Taiwan Nonwoven Industry Association and the middle class Youth League. The two organizations, taking the two generation of young entrepreneurs as the core, continue to seek breakthroughs in their inheritance, and work together to build the community of development and fate.

In the keynote session, Professor Huang Chen, associate professor of textile School of Donghua University, Chen Taihong, general manager of China Taiwan Association Rui nonwovens Co., Ltd., chairman of Limited by Share Ltd of Jiangsu blue sky environmental protection group, Cui Yuanwen, director general of the Green Association of middle class, Ji Jianbing, deputy Director General of the middle class association, Chen Shizhong, director of China Nonwoven Industry Association of Taiwan, respectively, spoke enthusiastically on the three topics of technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing and Sino US trade friction.

According to Huang Chen, the Department of nonwoven materials and engineering, Donghua University, was founded in 1996, with the establishment of the nonwoven research and development center. The R & D center attaches importance to personnel training, industry university research cooperation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Up to now, more than 20 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological awards have been awarded to scientific research achievements, participating in 16 national level research projects supported by science and technology projects in 12th Five-Year and 13th Five-Year, and National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 12 provincial and ministerial level projects, and 80 more projects in enterprises. Laboratory nonwoven equipment and instruments are advanced and equipped with perfect facilities. Remarkable achievements have been made in spunlace, needle punching and spinning technology, making nonwovens widely used in medical and health, aviation, protection, sports and other fields.

Chen Taihong said that in the field of non-woven fabrics ploughing for decades, it has witnessed the development and change of nonwoven industry all the way, especially the continuous improvement of production machinery and equipment. From the simple introduction of European equipment, to crack the innovation code, grasp the core technology, and make progress in exploration. Meanwhile, according to the needs of the market and customers, we made innovations in raw materials and equipment, and made significant breakthroughs in product needles, softness and appearance. As for the future development of non-woven fabrics, Chen Taihong appealed for healthy competition, centered on development, and did well in its own business.

Cui Yuanwen introduced that the blue sky environmental protection is committed to building a new intelligent factory of environmental protection filter material, and strengthening fine management of enterprises. The 5 core systems of intelligent factory launched by the company include: market system (CRM+APP), management system (ERP+OA+APS), production system (MES+SCADA+PLC), and logistics system (WMS+SWS+AGV+RGV). The most important MES systems include Kanban management, equipment process data acquisition, equipment maintenance management, workshop production process management and product quality management system, so that the digitalized energy industry can develop with high quality.

Ji Jianbing and Chen Shizhong put forward some valuable suggestions for strengthening Sino US trade frictions, such as strengthening scientific and technological innovation, fostering and expanding domestic demand markets, developing diversified international markets, and promoting international industrial layout in an orderly way.

Multiple thinking collide with wisdom sparks and innovative ideas inspire the future. In the free exchange session, the delegates actively offered suggestions and suggestions from the aspects of basic innovation, personnel training, internal management and digitalization. Professor Ching Yu, Professor of textile School of Donghua University, concluded that he hoped that young entrepreneurs on both sides of the Straits would strengthen exchanges and cooperation and promote coordinated development and complementary advantages of the upstream and downstream industries.
