She believes that from the current deployment of SaaS enterprises, there are generally two characteristics, one is the small and medium-sized enterprises, and its development is very fast. It is difficult to deploy traditional software to catch up with the needs and rhythm of enterprises. SaaS is on demand and easier to meet the demand. Urgent need to improve platform capability
For SaaS enterprises, they are facing opportunities and challenges. According to Xu Wenting analysis, the SaaS market in China started relatively late, and is still at an initial stage relative to foreign countries, and the annual growth rate is very fast.
"Many manufacturers start from a single module, such as SFA (sales automation) module in CRM, travel reimbursement module in financial application, and so on, and gradually expand to more functional modules. After the outbreak, especially large and medium-sized enterprises will need more comprehensive and more suitable products, which pose a new challenge to SaaS manufacturers, that is, whether the products are in line with the future development needs of enterprises. She said.
For example, the traditional ERP transformation SaaS business, its traditional advantage lies in the financial process management, and early in the service of small and medium enterprises, so how to make the product continuous improvement in the future, to meet the needs of such enterprises customers to large and medium enterprises after the next key.
On this basis, we must build a perfect platform capability, and we can not form a new information island in the cloud age because we can not match all the needs. This is also the reason why many SaaS vendors are sinking to PaaS and publishing their own PaaS platforms in recent years.

Manufacturers are also reflecting on the challenges ahead. Lin Bo shared that cloud business is a business that needs close contact with customers. As the understanding of cloud business goes deeper and deeper, SaaS manufacturers' weaknesses are constantly exposed. This is similar to the product line and platform capability that the industry needs to improve as soon as possible.
"The value of cloud services is based on long term operation. We must benefit from customers' recognition and customers' willingness to continue to serve you, so this will be a life community.
