Between October 2016 and June 2017, two clothing enterprises in Zhuji were cheated of goods worth over 1600 yuan by a foreign trade enterprise in Hangzhou.

One of the enterprises was cheated of more than 400 yuan of goods; another enterprise sent more than 1300 yuan worth of goods, only to recover the amount of 450 thousand yuan, the actual loss of more than 1200 yuan.

After receiving the report, the Zhuji Municipal Public Security Bureau attached great importance to the establishment of the ad hoc group to carry out the investigation quickly. After six months' external evidence collection, the police basically found out the victimization situation of the 13 victims. Through 3 months of big data analysis, a large number of bank accounts were analyzed, and the task force finally found out the fraud routine of the foreign trade company.

Through their foreign trade companies, they look for domestic manufacturers. At the beginning, there are some small orders, payment is very timely, and so on, after they become familiar with the large orders of millions of yuan or tens of millions of dollars, they will never pay again when the manufacturers deliver the goods. Public security investigation found that the foreign trade company has many loopholes, such as the company's operating capital is scarce, the balance of the account is only a few hundred thousand yuan, and the source has problems. The suspects were arrested and a total of 29 enterprises were victimized.

In July 31, 2019 and August 5th, the Zhuji Municipal Public Security Bureau joined the Xiaoshan police and captured the suspect Song Mou and Ni Mou in Xiaoshan district. After the suspects arrived, the police of the ad hoc group immediately searched the premises of the enterprises that were actually controlled by the suspects, and identified 29 victimized enterprises, involving 6 provinces and cities throughout the country, involving more than 7800 yuan.

At present, the case has been transferred to the Shaoxing people's Procuratorate.
