Recently, the staff of market supervision bureau of Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, came to a small and micro home textile enterprise located in Shuangqiao Village, Chuanjiang Town, to carry out the activities of the home textile quality cooperative expansion meeting and quality improvement training class in 2020. More than 50 home textile small and micro enterprises participated in the training and submitted their application forms.

In 2017, the bureau established the home textile quality cooperative, which is committed to serving the quality improvement of home textile enterprises and achieving win-win industrial cooperation by unifying product standards and standardizing product identification, unifying product inspection and testing, establishing quality specialist system, establishing quality credit system, unifying brand development and construction, and unifying law enforcement and supervision. Since its establishment, 116 enterprises have joined the cooperative and carried out more than 20 activities such as quality specialist training and product benchmarking. At present, there are 9 well-known trademarks in the member units, 7 group standards have been drafted and issued, and the chief quality officer has achieved full coverage in the cooperative.

There are many home textile enterprises in Chuanjiang town of Tongzhou District. Affected by the epidemic this year, the sales volume of home textile industry has dropped sharply and the profit has declined. Small and micro enterprises have been under great pressure. The bureau moved forward and provided resources for small and micro enterprises with the help of cooperative mode to tide over difficulties together. This activity went deep into village enterprises and carried out face-to-face communication with operators. More than 50 small and micro home textile enterprises were absorbed into the home textile quality cooperatives. Experts were invited to carry out quality control point analysis and product implementation standard training for operators. At the same time, through the innovation and construction of the "entrepreneur's home" online service platform, we can push the latest policy information to small and micro entrepreneurs, facilitate enterprises to do business online, exchange and consultation, and enjoy zero distance service.
