Guangxi Revision Seminar Of Silkworm Eggs Management Measures Held In Nanning

On December 4, 2020, entrusted by the seed industry management department of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, the sericulture industry product quality supervision, inspection and Testing Center (Zhenjiang) of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas presided over a seminar on the revised draft of "silkworm eggs management measures" in Nanning City, Guangxi Province, to solicit the opinions of Guangxi experts on the draft. A total of 17 people from the sericulture industry product quality supervision and testing center of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, sericulture Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Guangxi sericulture technology promotion station, Hechi sericulture technology extension station, Hechi agricultural administrative comprehensive law enforcement detachment, Yizhou agricultural administrative comprehensive law enforcement brigade, Xingye Huasheng Sericulture Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Chen Tao, deputy director of the sericulture industry product quality supervision and Testing Center (Zhenjiang), Ministry of agriculture and rural areas. Li Yiren, former deputy director of sericulture Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and pan Zhixin and Wei Wei, Deputy Station directors of Guangxi sericulture technology extension station, attended the meeting. At the meeting, experts had a heated discussion on the revised version of "silkworm eggs management measures". In combination with the actual situation of silkworm production and operation in Guangxi, opinions on silkworm seed management, protection of silkworm genetic resources, breeding of silkworm varieties, silkworm seed production (operation) and agricultural law enforcement were expressed from different angles, and suggestions for revision were put forward.
