In order to implement the guiding opinions on promoting the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises issued by the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council, in accordance with the administrative measures for the identification of national public service demonstration platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (MIIT enterprise [2017] No. 156) and the notice of the general office of the Ministry of industry and information technology on organizing and recommending the 2020 national public service demonstration platform for small and medium-sized enterprises（ The list of national public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the demonstration platform) has been determined after the recommendation, expert evaluation and publicity of provincial small and medium-sized enterprise competent departments and relevant industry associations. The relevant notices are as follows:

I. We agree to grant the title of "national public service demonstration platform for small and medium-sized enterprises" to 214 platforms, including changjietong Information Technology Co., Ltd., Tianfang standard testing and Certification Co., Ltd., and Hebei Tianhao Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. (see the annex for the specific list).

2. The demonstration platform should focus on the implementation of the requirements of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee on "supporting the growth of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises as an important source of innovation" and the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, continuously improve the service ability and the ability to organize and drive social service resources, and actively carry out public welfare services for small and medium-sized enterprises It undertakes various tasks entrusted by the government departments, and plays a good service supporting role in improving the modernization level of the industrial chain supply chain and helping the manufacturing industry to become stronger and better.

3. The competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various regions shall be responsible for the identification and management of the demonstration platform, conduct regular inspection on the service quality, service charge and service satisfaction of the demonstration platform within the jurisdiction, and make the annual work summary and inspection report of the demonstration platform.

4. The relevant industry associations should strengthen the communication and connection with the provincial small and medium-sized enterprise competent departments of the recommended platform, and promote the demonstration platform to serve the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

V. the validity period of the demonstration platform is three years, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. The demonstration platform identified or reviewed in 2017 but not included in the notice list shall be valid until December 31, 2020.

6. The Ministry of industry and information technology will entrust a third-party organization to organize experts to evaluate the service of the demonstration platform from time to time. The platform that fails the evaluation will be revoked the title of the demonstration platform.

7. All sectors of the community are welcome to supervise the service charges and service quality of the demonstration platform.
