Hemp Circular Economy Industrial Park Will Be Settled In Mingshui County, Heilongjiang Province

Recently, Mingshui County of Heilongjiang Province and China Silk Industry Co., Ltd. of state machinery group have reached the cooperation intention of building hemp industry demonstration zone in Mingshui county. The two sides will conduct in-depth research and cooperation around the whole hemp industry chain upstream and downstream, horizontal supporting and other aspects in Mingshui County, so as to realize the all-round development of industry chain extension and strong chain supplement.

In recent years, Mingshui County of Heilongjiang Province has increased the industrial adjustment, seized the opportunity of the national policy of releasing hemp industry, carried out the precise investment promotion of "Atlas + Genealogy", and actively developed the hemp industry. China Silk Industry Co., Ltd. takes the lead in introducing relevant institutions to invest in agricultural and hemp industry projects in Suihua City. It will carry out in-depth cooperation in comprehensive application of hemp cleaning, and transform Mingshui county from hemp raw material planting base to hemp deep processing and cleaning comprehensive application demonstration base.

It is reported that the project site is located in the south of Mingshui County, with a total area of 600000 square meters. The area of hemp planting base is determined to be 500000 mu. In 2022, the planting area will be 60000 mu, including 20000 mu of organic hemp, which will increase year by year. The planting area will reach 500000 mu in 2024. The first phase of the project will invest 500 million yuan to build hemp pectin, hemp pulp and hemp fiber processing and production workshops, and other project production workshops will be built year by year, and all of them will be completed and put into operation in 2025.
