The seminar was held by Zhongguancun Huizhi antibacterial new material industry technology innovation alliance and Antibacterial Industry Branch of National Health Industry Enterprise Management Association Co sponsored by Shanghai Runhe nanotechnology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong microbial analysis and testing center, it was held at the same time as "2021 China Textile Federation autumn joint exhibition" (Intertextile fabric exhibition, Intertextile home textile exhibition, chic clothing exhibition, pHvalue knitting exhibition, yarnexpo autumn and winter yarn exhibition). Nearly 100 people from textile industry and antibacterial field attended the seminar.
Among them, Mr. Xie Xiaobao, a researcher of Guangdong Institute of Microbiology, focused on the standard system and anti-virus detection methods of textiles for epidemic prevention on the basis of introducing the virus. At present, there are two main methods of anti microbial in anti epidemic textiles: filtration blocking and killing inhibition. Among them, there are 4 standards (2 industry standards, 1 ISO equivalent standard, 1 American ASTM standard) for the evaluation of the filtering and blocking ability of epidemic prevention textiles, and 4 standards (1 ISO standard, 1 Japanese JIS standard, 1 British BS standard and 1 group standard) are used to evaluate the anti-virus ability.
Mr. Ye Lei, general manager of Greater China region of deven chemicals NV, focused on the theme of "based on biological base and achieving carbon emission reduction from the source". Based on the introduction of global and national sustainable development plans, the sustainable innovation process of deven chemicals NV and the development of bio based technologies, including but not limited to antibacterial agents, softeners, absorbents and acaricides, were described.
Ms. Chen Jian, senior engineer of SGS Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd., focused on "testing and evaluation of antibacterial, mildew and mite resistance performance of functional textiles". On the basis of introducing the commonly used testing standards for antibacterial, mildew and mite resistance of textiles, the evaluation methods of antibacterial, mildew and mite resistance of textiles were mainly introduced. At the same time, Ms. Chen Jian introduced the washing resistance test methods of the products that need to be washed in use, explained the safety standards and requirements of anti bacteria textiles, and prompted the labeling of antibacterial properties, the compliance of national laws and regulations, and the compliance of advertising publicity.
Mr. Wu Peng, commercial director of Greater China region of Danisco Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., focused on the theme of "intelligent textile antibacterial solution to alleviate consumer anxiety due to repeated epidemic situation", on the basis of introducing the impact of repeated epidemic situation on textile industry, the repeated changes of brand and consumer attitude due to epidemic situation, and the influence of bacteria on odor, In this paper, the antibacterial mechanism, high-efficiency antibacterial and safety performance of xianhudan antibacterial agent were described, and the odor control ability and test method of xianhudan antibacterial agent were described.
Mr. Zhang Yingzeng, Secretary General of CIAA, focused on the theme of "textile antibacterial thinking and antibacterial performance visualization strategy". Firstly, he introduced how to identify the microbial risk of textiles. Secondly, he put forward professional suggestions on how to develop good antibacterial products, and explained the implementation standards of antibacterial textiles and the characterization of antibacterial properties. After that, the exploration process of the visualization industry of antibacterial performance was described. On this basis, the antibacterial marks representing Chinese standards and Chinese quality were introduced. In view of the invisible and untouchable antibacterial properties, CIAA formulated the technical standards for the evaluation of the health and safety performance and antibacterial performance of the products, and based on the technical standards, developed antibacterial marks, so as to achieve the purpose of transmitting invisible (quality) with visible (pattern). Once the product is approved to use the antibacterial mark, it means that the product has obtained the test report in the third-party antibacterial testing laboratory approved by CIAA and with CMA and CNAs qualification. Its health safety performance and antibacterial performance meet the strict CIAA technical requirements, and the application unit has made a commitment to the product quality.

■ Antibacterial mark - use visible (pattern) to convey invisible (quality)
Antimicrobial is a process that uses chemical and physical methods to kill microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, or hinder the growth, reproduction and activity of microorganisms including bacteria and fungi. The applicant should register antibacterial products independently, manage the performance of antibacterial products, and take full responsibility for the quality of antibacterial products. Therefore, once the product is approved to use the antibacterial mark, it means that the product has obtained the test report in the third-party antibacterial testing laboratory approved by CIAA and with CMA and CNAs qualification, and its health safety performance and antibacterial performance meet the stringent CIAA technical requirements, and the application unit has made a commitment to the product quality.
In order to popularize safe and effective antibacterial products to the society, CIAA formulates a series of regulations to ensure the quality of antibacterial products, guarantee the reputation of antibacterial marks, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and consumers.
Develop technical standards for antibacterial products, and constantly carry out technical revision and improvement.
To stipulate the qualification of enterprises and unify the admittance threshold.
Carry out antibacterial test comparison and technical training on a regular basis, and carry out continuous capacity building for the laboratory.
Develop the management system for the person responsible for the management of antibacterial products.
Develop guidelines for the design and use of antimicrobial markers.

Note 1: the bacteriostatic ring width of the listed indicator bacteria should be tested in the dissolution test of antibacterial substances;

? Antibacterial properties
The antibacterial property of the product should meet the following requirements: antibacterial activity value ≥ 2 or antibacterial rate (antibacterial rate) ≥ 99%.
Note 1: the following are special cases, and the antibacterial performance requirements of the products are as follows:
? Antibacterial ceramic products: antibacterial activity value ≥ 1 or antibacterial rate (antibacterial rate) ≥ 90%.
? Antibacterial sanitary napkin (PAD)
a) The bacteriostatic rate of dissolution product was more than 50% (the action time was 20 minutes);
b) The antibacterial rate of insoluble products was more than 30% (the action time was 60 minutes).
? The results showed that the antibacterial activity value of disposable products which did not need washing was more than 2 or the antibacterial rate (antibacterial rate) ≥ 99%; The products that need to be washed should be washed at least 10 times before testing, and the antibacterial activity value should be ≥ 1 or the antibacterial rate (antibacterial rate) ≥ 90%.
Note 2: if the product claims to have antifungal properties, Candida albicans test should be added, and the bacterial performance should meet the above requirements.
Note 3: if the product has durability requirements, the antibacterial durability shall meet the requirements; Antibacterial activity value ≥ 1 or antibacterial rate (antibacterial rate) ≥ 90%.
? Labeling of antibacterial function
The labeling of antibacterial function of the product should meet the requirements of T / CIAA 104.1.
■ Enterprise qualification required by antibacterial mark

? It should be registered in China and have independent legal personality.
? Credit records in the national enterprise credit information publicity system should be provided, including administrative penalty information, information listed in the abnormal business list, and information listed in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises, etc., and there is no major enterprise credit related punishment information in recent three years.
? It is necessary to set up a responsible person for the management of antibacterial products within the unit.
? It is necessary to bring the quality management of antibacterial products into the ISO product quality management system.

? The use of antibacterial marks should be strictly in accordance with the authorized scope.
? It is necessary to strictly abide by the design and use specifications of antibacterial marks.
? The antibacterial function should be marked correctly.
? It is necessary to accept the annual audit carried out by the responsible unit of the product and the irregular market sampling inspection of the anti bacteria label products.

All the member units of the alliance can apply to the alliance, register the antibacterial mark products independently, manage the performance of the antibacterial mark products, and take full responsibility for the quality of the antibacterial mark products.
? In principle, the unit responsible for the product with antibacterial mark can apply for the antibacterial mark again after more than one year's rectification period in principle if its product is cancelled for some reason. However, for the same applicant and products of the same category, the number of applications shall not exceed three.
? When the qualification certificate expires, the following documents shall be submitted for re qualification. Units that fail to re confirm their qualification as required shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up the qualification for the use of antibacterial marks, and shall not use antibacterial marks in any form after the expiration of the period.
■ Instructions for use of antibacterial marks
The following principles should be followed when using antibacterial marks in the packaging, paper and video publicity materials, as well as in advertising, exhibition and other marketing activities
