At the opening ceremony, the visual image logo of Shenyang Qipao Culture Festival, one of the works of cultural and creative design competition, was officially released. The logo is designed symmetrically on the left and right with cheongsam lines as the main line and auspicious cloud pattern as the auxiliary to form the "Rose" shape of Shenyang City flower. On the opening day, the cultural and creative Forum on cheongsam was held in Shenyang New World Expo Hall.
