In the project of advanced manufacturing technology talents, the opinion points out that a group of advanced manufacturing technology talents who have been working in the front line of enterprise technology research and development for a long time and have made significant technological innovation achievements or solved key technical problems in technological research and development every year. The selected talents can directly apply for the title of senior engineer and give priority to major national engineering projects. Relying on the knowledge renewal project of professional and technical personnel and overseas training projects, we will strengthen the special research and training and exchange with peers.
In the project of advanced basic technology talents, the opinion points out that a group of advanced basic technology talents with rich practical experience and outstanding contribution should be selected every year who are engaged in basic technology research, practical operation and other work for a long time to solve the key process problems in the production and manufacturing process.
