On the basis of the industrial foundation formed in the past, Hongze is ushering in a wave of high-end textile industry transfer. Seizing the opportunity to strengthen the chain and build a 10 billion level industrial landmark is the new goal of Hongze Textile by 2025.

Undertake the "window period" of industrial transfer

Taihua nylon is invested and built by Zhejiang Taihua New Material Co., Ltd. "A good industrial foundation is the bottom line for us to attract major projects." The relevant person in charge of Hongze Economic Development Zone introduced that after years of development, the local textile industry has initially formed a trend of agglomeration and development of several leading sectors of key enterprises. In recent years, it has successively attracted a number of major projects, such as differential hybrid fiber spinning with an annual output of 100000 tons and high-end recycled fiber with an annual output of 80000 tons. "One of the important reasons why Yuanyong fiber project was launched in Hongze is that it can form upstream and downstream relationships with existing enterprises, build a complete green differential polyester industry alliance, and achieve cluster development," he said.

At present, in order to better grasp the "window period" of this round of industrial transfer, Hongze is reshaping the space for industrial development. Next, there will be no new projects in the newly planned textile industry area, and targeted investment attraction will be strictly in accordance with the direction of the three major sectors. In terms of regional planning, the area to the west of 328 Provincial Highway, the east of Xingfu Avenue, the south of Jiuniu Road, and the north of Dongting Lake Road will be listed as the textile industry quality and efficiency improvement area. Support and encourage existing textile enterprises to become bigger and stronger, and other quality and efficiency improvement enterprises will give priority to replacing the textile industry; At the same time, 2000 mu of land is set aside near the port area to the east of 328 Provincial Highway to gather textile projects; Leave space in the sewage treatment plant of the special paper industrial park, and install new textile sewage treatment equipment separately, leaving enough environmental space for the industry to grow.

Science and innovation support the complete industrial chain

"China is a big country in the production and marketing of PET (commonly known as polyester resin), and there is a lot of space for PET recycling and reuse. At present, most of the top recycled chips come from chemical recycling, but there are problems such as high recycling costs and difficult treatment of hazardous waste. We hope to find another way to break through ultra fine denier fiber grade chips within 15 days of large-scale mass production by physical process." Zhong Jianfeng said.

In the Research Report on Accelerating the Development of Hongze Textile Industry, which was made by Hongze District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology this year, the prominent problem of product homogeneity and the incomplete industrial chain are two problems facing the industry. The 100000 ton polyester environmental protection chip project of Peipu Technology, which was put into production at the beginning of this year, can be said to hit the nail on the head. It is understood that in October, the company achieved a breakthrough in the technology of 10-15d regenerative slicing by physical method, becoming the first enterprise in China to break through the large-scale mass production of ultra-fine denier fiber grade chips within 15d by physical method, filling the gap in the industry, and enabling Hongze to achieve a complete industrial chain from "one bottle" to "one piece of cloth".

"The smooth implementation of the project cannot be separated from local support." Zhong Jianfeng said that the bottle washing production line of the project is planned to be put into operation at the end of the year. In June this year, Zhang Chonglin, secretary of Hongze District Party Committee, organized a symposium for industrial entrepreneurs to actively meet the needs of enterprises. At that time, their bottle washing production line was still being built, and the steam pipeline outside the factory building had not been connected due to formalities and other factors. After the problems were reflected at the meeting, they were quickly solved in a "one-stop" manner.
