The Opinions put forward that the promotion of the work is the responsibility of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Commerce, the municipal people's governments at or above the local level, and the textile and clothing industry associations at the provincial level according to the division of responsibilities. 15. Guide the eastern, western and northern regions of Guangdong to strengthen industrial co construction, industrial cooperation and complementary advantages with core textile and clothing cities and key cities, introduce targeted preferential policies, and actively and orderly undertake the transfer of production capacity and part of the industrial chain supply chain.
16.
