On February 16, a coronation ceremony for Xinjiang garment enterprises was held in Beijing Bingtuan Building. At the awarding ceremony and expert meeting of Xinjiang Shuyiya Textile Co., Ltd. "Deputy Chairman Unit" awarded by the Professional Garment Committee of the China National Garment Association, the leaders of the China National Garment Association and Shuyiya jointly held up the certificate symbolizing responsibility and recognition.

Yang Jinchun, executive vice president of China National Garment Association and president of China National Garment Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute, first said that China National Garment Association has been committed to the development of professional clothing field in recent years and has established professional clothing committee. After the establishment of the special committee, as a Xinjiang enterprise, Shuyiya Company actively participated in the work of the association and has made outstanding achievements in the field of professional wear, which is a well deserved representative in the field of Xinjiang professional wear.
Looking forward to the future, there is still great potential for professional wear. According to the estimates of the Association and the National Bureau of Statistics, the overall market space of professional wear will not be less than 200 billion yuan. 02 、 Deepen cooperation and drive the tooling industry in southern Xinjiang with Shuyiya
The achievements of SHUYIYA have shown everyone a better future of Xinjiang's textile and clothing industry. All leading experts continue to have in-depth exchanges and speak freely based on the development of SHUYIYA. College leaders put forward detailed suggestions on the implementation of industry university research cooperation, such as clothing project topics, systematic marketing training, talent training and delivery.
Leaders of the Association also hope to carry out more specific and substantive cooperation with Shuyiya Company. In recent years, with the transfer of the domestic clothing industry, Xinjiang has also become a hot spot to undertake the transfer. The Association hopes that enterprises can cooperate with the eastern coastal industrial clusters while carrying out talent training exchanges to enhance the richness of Xinjiang's clothing industry fabrics and promote the process of fashion. At the same time, in terms of technical standards, we hope that excellent Xinjiang enterprises, including Shuyiya, can make a difference in standards. It is reported that Xinjiang Shuyiya Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, has always actively responded to the call of the country to develop southward. Since 2017, it has promoted talent training in southern Xinjiang. Since the establishment of the factory in 2018, it has trained nearly 3000 industrial workers, 90% of whom are ethnic minorities. "After several years of development, the income and social status of ethnic minority women in the factory have improved significantly. For this reason, we have also set up trade unions and women's federations to solve the livelihood problems in southern Xinjiang and make contributions to the development of southern Xinjiang," Chen Jun said.
In the field of tooling in southern Xinjiang, Shuyiya is a well deserved leader. It has established cooperative relations with more than 20 garment factories in southern Xinjiang, which has effectively driven the employment and development of local enterprises in southern Xinjiang. However, Shuyiya has never been satisfied with this, and its long-term plan has been gradually implemented. The company plans to introduce zipper factory, button factory and other surrounding auxiliary materials enterprises based on tooling orders. Now the investigation work has been basically completed, and it is expected to be implemented this year.
"Although Shuyiya is still unable to expand the whole textile and clothing industry in southern Xinjiang in one step, we have never forgotten our mission and are trying our best to develop the richness of the clothing industry in southern Xinjiang," Chen Jun said.
