　　 On May 21, the Fashion Week of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and the 2023 Graduation Design Exhibition of the Institute of Fashion Arts and Engineering were grandly opened at the No. 1 show of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology. This show is the first offline show of "Beifu Fashion Week" after a year. 　　 The theme of this year's "Beifu Fashion Week" is "Design for the People - Harmony and Coexistence". It is the continuation and development of the graduation theme of "Better Life" series by the UCPC around the fundamental requirements of the new era for college talent training, social services, etc, It also reflects that Beifu people take the red gene as their spiritual temperament, take family and country feelings as their value system, resonate with the great era at the same frequency, and always adhere to the school running idea of serving the country, the people, and the era.

　　 The opening ceremony, in the form of a dynamic show, showcased more than 110 sets of clothing works of nearly 40 cutting-edge designers in the direction of women's clothing design. During the Fashion Week, 9 dynamic catwalks will be held, and a total of more than 240 students will participate in nearly 1000 sets of clothing design works, covering six professional directions including women's clothing, men's clothing, knitting, sports, heritage, film and television, as well as digital clothing experimental classes. The School of Fashion Arts and Engineering of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology takes the lead in setting the direction of digital fashion design in the country. This year's "Beifu Fashion Week" will also be fully displayed. Graduates' works closely follow the trend of digital development, adapt to the development of fashion technology, combine art and technology, and explore the deep integration and practical application of clothing design and 3D digital virtual technology, It became a special show of real and virtual interaction in 9 release shows. The launch will be held on May 26.

　　 Zhang Yujia, a student of the College of Fashion Arts and Engineering, whose graduation design theme this year is Green Mountain Guest, is inspired by traditional Chinese landscape painting. Zhang Yujia introduced that the color of clothing is selected from the common color matching and black in the green landscape painting, and the gradual color is the dominant color to show the distance relationship between mountains. The fabric is made of woolen cloth, echoing the texture of rice paper in landscape paintings. Structurally, the cloud and mountain elements in traditional landscape paintings are refined, matched with traditional costumes of the Tang Dynasty, and integrated with modern functional style accessories, presenting the effect of interpreting traditional oriental aesthetics with modern techniques.
