Standard Quality: CNGA Group Standard Seminar Held In Tongxiang City

On December 1, 2023, the Mink Garment CNGA group standard seminar, sponsored by the Standardization Technical Committee of the China National Garment Association and supported by the Down and Leather Fur Garment Professional Committee of the China National Garment Association and Zhejiang Zhongying Fur Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Chongfu Town, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province.

In his speech, Qian Weiguo mainly introduced the development of textile and clothing industry and leather and fur products industry in Chongfu Town. Secretary Qian Weiguo mentioned that Chongfu Town is a famous "fur city" in China, and a number of outstanding representatives of fur and textile enterprises have emerged. Under the background of transformation and upgrading of the industrial system in the new era, the fur industry has gradually completed the leap of scale, industrialization and specialization. He said that the establishment of garment standards for fur clothing is an inevitable requirement for the transformation and upgrading of Chongfu Town's industry. Through the discussion of the group standard project Mink Clothing, the development process of fashion, digital intelligence and modernization of Chongfu's fur industry can be further promoted.

In the field of fur products as a regional competitive industry, the number of industrial standards led and participated in by industrial enterprises in Tongxiang occupies a dominant position nationwide. He pointed out that this seminar is of great significance to Chongfu fur industry, and the standardization level and enterprise development level of Chongfu fur industry will enter a new stage.

He highlighted the work of the group standards of the China National Garment Association, emphasizing that the CNGA group standards focus on new technologies, new processes, new products, new models, new formats and other aspects of the clothing industry. As a complement and improvement, they fully cooperate with national standards, industry standards, and ISO international standards, and jointly provide support and leadership for the transformation and upgrading of the clothing industry and high-quality development. He believes that the participants in this seminar are widely representative, which will help the smooth progress of the standard formulation work and ensure the advancement and applicability of the standard technical content. The formulation and implementation of the Mink Garment group standard will play an important role in the standardized development of the mink clothing industry and the regional brand building of the mink industry in Chongfu Town.

At the meeting, Yan Chunhong, director of the Quality Technology Department and senior engineer of China Textile Standard Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd., on behalf of the standard drafting group, introduced the preparation of the CNGA group standard for "mink clothing", and gave a detailed explanation from the project name, scope of application, physical and chemical performance indicators, quality classification, logo and quality commitment, etc, In combination with the solicitation of opinions on the standard draft of Mink Garment, the problems that need to be discussed and solved at the meeting are proposed.
