China Pakistan Textile And Garment Entrepreneurs Summit And Matchmaking Fair Was Held In Kunshan, Jiangsu

Zhang Feng, Vice Mayor of Kunshan Municipal People's Government, said in his speech that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the launch of the construction of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. Gohar Ejaz, Minister of Commerce and Industry of Pakistan, said in his speech that Pakistan is a traditional textile country, whose advantages lie in the natural conditions of cotton production, large and competitive labor force, complete industrial chain and preferential international market access conditions. On the other hand, China has obvious advantages in capital and technology, especially in digitization. Therefore, enterprises of the two countries can explore the establishment of joint ventures to jointly produce different products in the textile value chain. Zhang Xi'an, Vice President of the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, introduced the development trend and future strategy of China's textile and clothing trade to the delegates.
