The Ministry Of Finance And The State Administration Of Taxation Issued The Announcement On Adjusting The Export Tax Rebate Policy
On November 15, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued the Announcement on Adjusting the Export Tax Rebate Policy (No. 15, 2024, Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation) to adjust the export tax rebate policy for some products such as aluminum. This adjustment will be implemented from December 1, 2024. The specific applicable export tax rebate rate is defined by the export date indicated on the export goods declaration form. In the list of reduced export tax rebate rates, three kinds of carbon fiber related products are involved: carbon fiber fabric (68151200), carbon fiber prepreg (products) (68151310), and other carbon fiber products (68151390).
