Li Shanyou: I believe everyone has seen "journey to the west". We all like to travel to the West during the havoc of the heavenly palace. But we do not like Sun Wukong on the journey to the West. When I started my business, I suddenly felt that Sun Wukong was a very good entrepreneur when he started his business in the Western Paradise. But Sun Wukong, who is on the way to the west, has become the actual leader in the team. In fact, everything is solved by Sun Wukong.

Li Shanyou: you can't complain. When you are a professional manager, you complain, say that departments do not communicate. The boss does not support you. You can complain about a lot of things, and you will get used to complaining. When you are a boss, you can't complain. There is nothing to complain about.

For example, the environment, which is the competitive environment you choose, must do your business in this competitive environment.

Just like we did math problems when we were young, we often had preconditions. Only under preconditions can we solve that problem. This is life.

For entrepreneurs, you never have the best solution. You can only face the reality, facing these prerequisites, do a relatively best solution. If you start a business, it is very important to temper your mentality.

Li Shanyou: we have almost none of the Internet companies in China in the field of Internet and have the leading edge in China.

YAHOO is not as good as Sina as portals.

E - commerce website, but also China's Alibaba do well; search, it is clear that Baidu does well; IM, Tencent is a monopoly advantage.

Why do international enterprises do not have enough local enterprises in China, is it really a good local enterprise technology?

That is, you have a better understanding of the local industry, have this spirit of perseverance and persist in doing one thing.

Why do you think there is a difference between doing it?

Why is it important to say that corporate culture is important? I always believe that our competitors are absolutely not others but a fast corporate culture within ourselves.

The speed of our own is our biggest competitor. Can we develop quickly and find our own characteristics?

So you need not worry.

There is no essential difference between our technology and mode, but now we go on, there are more and more differences in the industry. The difference will be bigger and bigger in the future. This difference will make you competitive.

Competitiveness is not technology, capital, or early do, late to do, or look at your company's executive ability, operation ability, we have been emphasizing soft things, this kind of thing is the key.

Looking back at the competition of portal websites, we now see clearly that our industry has just started, and in a few years' time, it is still very clear that the decisive role is internal.

Li Shanyou: Yes, soft knowledge and hard knowledge, hard knowledge can be written and spoken, but a lot of soft knowledge is hard to write, so it is difficult to write something that is competitive.

Li Shanyou: "Xu San San" is a character I like very much. My favorite movie in the past was the "true story of Agam" in the United States. Now China has Xu San more. This is a character I like very much.

For me, Xu San also has the spirit of entrepreneurs in it.

We don't have an official's father or a rich mother. We can see whether you can develop this kind of strength by grasping the straw.

My background, I am a rural person, family elder brother three, I am third, Xu San is also the third child.

Xu San changed his destiny by serving as a soldier. I changed my destiny by reading books.

I don't know if there are any rural people in your classmates. The hardships of the rural people actually are ten times and 100 times more than those of the city people.

I really work very hard.

When I was in high school, I wondered why other students didn't study well and why they kept sleeping.

Later, I realized that for the townspeople, this may be one of the few roads he can choose, but for me, it is my only road, the only way to change my destiny and change the fate of my family.

So I studied very hard, from junior high school to county high school, to Nankai University, to work in foreign enterprises, and so on.

What is the mentality of the rural people?

Self abased mentality, I have this very low self-esteem mentality, showing inferiority complex, there is a kind of person is to shut themselves up, also dare not face reality, very introverted.

Another kind of person, inferiority complex will become the pressure of survival. Survival pressure becomes the driving force for progress. Fortunately, I am the latter.

Is it inappropriate for you to behave like this in your opinion?

Li Shanyou: indeed, what happened in the past Wenchuan earthquake, I think, may be the biggest mass disaster that our generation may encounter in the whole life.

I am especially interested in the history of China and some cultures in China. In fact, we look at the history of China. The Chinese are very strange. They usually feel that the Chinese are a bunch of loose sand and are busy with their own affairs. They do not care much about the state or the nation. But when something big happens, the Chinese people's spirit of subconsciousness is coming out. In fact, many things in Wenchuan are moving. What is most moving is that many people in this big event came out with patriotic fervour.

Let me give you an example. Blood donation is a rare thing in the past. In society, schools are not very willing to go, but now they all want to go there and queue up.

This is a touching thing.

We have an old saying, "Lv end is not confused."

It's the details of everyday life. You can't be a casual person, but you can test people in a big port.

At such a port, the Chinese should show their patriotic feelings. This is a manifestation of national and patriotic performance.

In addition, we should act according to our ability, do not force things too much, and do not compete with others. Some media will make some rankings. The starting point may be good. Indeed, everyone's situation is not the same. We must have our own values or our own standards to ask others. Actually, there are also some unfair things.
