売買雙方は下記の條項によって本契約を締結することに同意します。

The Seller and the Buyer agree to conclude this Contract to the terms and conditions stated below：

7.包裝及び標準（Packing）：

貨物は濕気防止、さび防止、地震防止及び遠洋運送に適した包裝を持つべきで、貨物の包裝不良による貨物の破損、紛失は売主が責任を負うべきです。

売主は各包裝箱に色褪せない色でサイズ、包裝箱番號、毛の重さ、ネットの重さ及び「この端の上」、「濕気防止」、「取り扱い注意」などの標識を表示してください。

　　The packing of the goods shall be preventive from dampness， rust， moisture， erosion and shock， and shall be suitable for ocean pportation/ multiple pportation. The Seller shall be liable for any damage and loss of the goods attributable to the inadequate or improper packing. The measurement， gross weight， net weight and the cautions such as “Do not stack up side down”， “Keep away from moisture”， “Handle with care” shall be stenciled on the surface of each package with fadeless pigment.

13.支払條件（Terms of Payment）：

（1）信用狀方式：買手は船積み期間前/契約が発効した後＿日に、売手を受益者とする取消不能の買取信用狀を開設し、信用狀は船積み完了後＿日以內に期限が切れる。

（2）支払書類：貨物が出荷された後、売り手は買い手を支払人とする支払為替手形を発行し、一覧払い手形（D/P）方式で、売り手銀行と＿＿銀行を通じて買手に書類を渡して、貨物を交換します。

（3）引受渡し書：商品が出荷された後、売り手は買い手を支払人とする支払為替手形を発行し、支払期限は＿＿後＿日となり、一覧払い手形（D/A＿日）方式で、売り手銀行及び＿＿銀行を通じて、買手に引受した後、買手に書類を渡して、買手が代金を支払う時の代金を支払います。

（4）著荷払い：買手は商品を受け取ってから＿日以內に売主に全額を支払う（FOB、CRF、CIF用語には適用されない）。

The Seller share present the follwing documents required to the bank for negotition：

（1）受取人/受入代理人のフルセットのクリーンな、すでに船積みされた、ブランクヘッド、ブランクバックを表示し、運賃がすでに支払われた/著払いされた海運/連絡輸送/陸運船荷証券を明記する。

Fulset of clean on board Ocean/Commbined Transportation/Land Bills of Lading and blank enrsed marked freight prepaid/to collect；

（2）契約番號、信用狀番號（信用狀支払條件下）及び荷印を積載する商業送り狀が記載されています。
