7 Realms Of Enterprise Management
Recently, when I talk about management, I think about which level of management belongs to.
What kind of level do I have to pay for myself and how far I differ from my goal?
The first level of management is the omniscient Management: college students and MBA always belong to this level.
The characteristic of this level is to learn the theory of management and operation of the system, and when there are many theories on paper, the definition and theory come freely.
So it's called omniscience.
However, the limitations of this stage are quite obvious. First, the textbooks used are generally antiques and the like, except for some principled things.
It is a blessing if we learn something new.
Two, teachers generally have never experienced real shopping malls, and even MBA teachers have many such situations.
Three, there is no actual combat experience, and the activities of school associations are beneficial, but the environment and characteristics are far from the management of the actual enterprises in the society.
This is not a deliberate attempt to belittle your proud children. It is indeed a matter of heart to ask a friend who has studied management and is doing management work now.
But from this point of view, this stage has laid a good foundation for future development, and in the long run, it is immeasurable for us to help ourselves.
So this is the first level of management.
The second levels of management are ignorant: the upstarts of college students and shopping malls after graduation are generally at this level.
Students who have just worked will be lucky enough to be able to work in management positions.
Generally speaking, there is a sense of frustration or ambition.
Because finding the gap between their own learning and reality is too great, some work can not even link with theory.
School has learned theory, but has not learned the practice, school has learned analysis, but has not studied the thought, the school has studied the strategy, but has not learned to carry out, the school has learned to work, but has not learned to behave (to become a real social person).
So this stage is called ignorance.
Although this stage of feeling is not good, but after all, learning theory and touching the practice is still a good thing, and it is still a stage for students to go through. Therefore, it is listed as the second stage.
Early success depends on vision or adventure.
I have never learned or even understood what management is.
But they do practical business management.
At this stage, people are generally not very stable, and there may be further development in the future.
One of the important signals is learning or not.
Third levels of management are known.
The staff at this stage are relatively extensive.
The scholars in the upstarts, some teachers in the University, most of the middle managers in the enterprises, and the veterans of some enterprises.
In the upstart, scholars learn things faster, but in general, personality is strong and often obsessed. This is the limitation.
Some of the teachers in the university are not good at commenting. Even though they do not have much experience, they have taught omniscient students after all. At the same time, the analysis of some time is more penetrating, but after all, they lack experience, so they are listed at this level for the time being.
The middle managers of enterprises can be called qualified managers through the study of the school and the experience of the society. Some managers of the enterprises may have rich practice and rich theories, but some limitations of their thinking, such as being confined to a certain degree of privacy, such as being confined to certain concepts, can only be described as "knowledge". This stage is characterized by obvious theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Theory and practice can sometimes be combined to promote each other.
At the same time, the work of this department is well handled.
This stage is called the fourth stage of knowledge management.
After the first three stages, the fourth stage of the crowd is generally a real entrepreneur, a good scholar in the middle of business management, a qualified consultant or consultant in some university teachers and business management consulting companies.
They are characterized by full practice and integration of theory, and through their own promotion, to form their own management system, which has deep knowledge of certain aspects of business management or operation details.
And achievements.
There are third important differences between them: one is good at learning and summarizing, the other two is the panoramic view.
The fifth realm of management.
At this stage and beyond, I do not call it the level, but I call it the realm, because there are not many people who can reach the realm.
Those who reach the realm do not have specific indications and their identities are uncertain.
In the discussion of this realm, generally speaking, it refers to the theory based on the practice of management and management.
People who are in the state of thinking can be called stupid. The so-called speculative thinking does not mean that their management behavior is always inconsistent, but when they treat and analyze the practice based management station at a higher height and different angles, we will find different results or even contradictory results for one aspect or a specific thing.
When we analyze the existing management theories, we can find many shortcomings or loopholes.
At this time, it is a state of contradiction, and at the same time, in this contradiction itself, we get higher training and improvement.
It is also a prelude to a deeper breakthrough.
Sixth levels of management.
The realm of the master's master: when the time of the breakthrough occurs, it reaches the sixth realm, the realm of the master.
People who are in the master's realm can be called teachers, because after breaking through, their own management theory system has become a new and higher system. Their own management and behavior can achieve better results, and the enterprises they are responsible for have made considerable progress, so that enterprises can become evergreen.
What is more important is that their theory has become a classic of praise.
Become the target of ten thousand people.
They have pushed forward the development of the whole management and management. There are many of the representatives who are familiar with us. For example, Kotler, for example, Dulake, for example, Welch's sixth points and fifth realms, the other difference is that the fifth realms are themselves improved, and the sixth realm is to spread the ideas and systems that we have built up.
Let others get the seventh realm of management, which can be called holy.

When we reach a higher realm than the sixth realm, we will find that there is no realm in the high realm. All things reach the ultimate time and return to the most common "Avenue" - the laws of nature, the laws of mankind.
