Reporter: what is the opportunity for the Han Guodong gate clothing market to come to Beijing and Dahongmen to hold the Korean brand investment promotion association? What is the main purpose of this event?
Che Jing Nan: last year, we were invited to participate in the Beijing Dahongmen International Fashion Festival. We had the opportunity to observe and understand Dahongmen's clothing market closely. I didn't expect that the size of clothing market in Dahongmen, Beijing is so large and the number is so large. This is quite different from what I imagined before. Although I do not know much about Dahongmen, the "two door" operation is the same, many of which are common, and Dahongmen's huge passenger flow and high visibility are very attractive to us. If China and South Korea "two doors" can be strong and United, then the Korean brand will have more opportunities in the Chinese market. It is precisely because of this idea that we actively explore the entry point of cooperation with the Dahongmen clothing market, which is a good attempt.
This investment fair, most of the six brands we bring are sold in the east gate clothing market. On the one hand, we want to take this activity to experience the business atmosphere of Dahongmen and see whether Chinese merchants can accept the design concept of Korean clothing. Che Jing Nan: we have inspected all the clothing markets in Dahongmen. The clothing brand status, market operation mode and management concept of the new century clothing building and its internal environment are our most satisfactory. In other words, in the new century, characteristic management is the biggest bright spot, which is consistent with the position we are pursuing. Especially in the new century, managers also have the idea and desire to introduce Korean brands.
The clothing market in Dahongmen has already begun to take shape in terms of quantity and functionality. But in enlivening the market characteristics and specialization, I think Dahongmen has not developed enough. In the future, how to develop the clothing market and how to move towards internationalization, the important point is to differentiate the business and make full use of its own characteristics, so that consumers or businessmen do not have to walk a lot of places, and go directly to professional shops to buy the goods they need.

Reporter: we all want to know, what is the status quo of Han Guodong's Gate market?
Che Jingnan: the East Gate market is surrounded by a huge production and procurement base. There are about more than 30 thousand shops and 20 thousand factories in the two kilometers, and from upstream to the downstream producers are concentrated here. Therefore, the East Gate market is also famous for its fast production and circulation. It takes about three or four days from garment design to surface accessories procurement to enter the final production line.
The clothing sold in the east gate, 70%-80% is the designer brand, and nearly 70% is run by Direct stores. Maybe the boss is not a designer himself, but there must be a group of designers who support his brand development. Generally speaking, the company only sets up the design department and the planning department and the sales department. The production and processing is outsourced to the peripheral processing plant, which is similar to some Chinese brands. In South Korea, the factory location is very detailed, specializing in skirts, trousers, or coats, so it is easy to find suitable factories for production and processing.
