Yangtze River Delta Industrial Structure Adjustment Shanghai Old Brand Textile Enterprises Active Pformation
The severe export situation may have the greatest impact on the labour intensive industries, including the textile industry.
Just as many textile enterprises are facing many problems such as rising costs, tight funds and difficult export, some old textile enterprises in Shanghai still live in a "very moist" way, and the profits of enterprises are not decreasing.
Look at the reporter's investigation.
Located in downtown Shanghai, this old factory with several decades of history is known as the Shanghai textile company of Ming Dynasty. Although this old factory seems to be a bit dilapidated, but as a "textile Queen", "phoenix", "Min Guang" and "picking up" four textile enterprises with more than 70 years' history, the company has achieved a 15% increase in operating revenue in the first half of this year. Min Guang attributed this to the timely pformation of enterprises.
Weng Hesheng, general manager of Shanghai min Guang International Enterprise Co., Ltd., said: "we have made a pformation, that is, pforming production and operation to brand management, and one is the change of our products."
In order to do well in industrial pformation, Shanghai min Guang has moved all production lines to areas with relatively low labor costs, such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang. All products are processed by local OEM, and they are responsible for supervising quality. At the same time, min Guang also increased investment in R & D and design, and injected "technology" and "fashion" elements into old brands. In view of the difficulties encountered in export, min Guang also adjusted the train of thought in time.
Weng Hesheng, general manager of Shanghai min Guang International Enterprise Co., Ltd. said: "then, on the top of exports, we are based on quality, and one is to make some adjustments, so what we need to make up for the adjustment is to stimulate domestic demand."
In Shanghai, there are a lot of old textile enterprises actively seeking pformation, such as min Guang. So far this year, Shanghai Textile Holding Group has no losses in its old brand enterprises, and sales revenue in the first half of the year increased by an average of 14% over the same period.
