Through training vocational skills training center, night school and vocational school as training carrier, the county has also carried out knowledge training in vocational skills, legal knowledge, common sense of city life and protection of basic rights and interests, improving the vocational skills and comprehensive quality of migrant workers.

At the same time, a database of employment information should be set up to help farmers collect employment information in and out of counties and effectively pfer surplus labor in the countryside.
