      三、工作要求

3, we should strengthen the publicity of the policy of subsidy for fine varieties, raise farmers' understanding of improved varieties, and mobilize farmers' enthusiasm for developing cotton production.

4, agricultural departments at all levels should strengthen market supervision and prevent counterfeit and inferior seeds from entering the production field.

5. Seed production and operation units with leading production and management should provide comprehensive and accurate technical data of variety characteristics, cultivation techniques and suitable ranges, and strengthen after-sales service.
