The third audio-visual archives of the company are part of the whole company and must be centralized and unified by the record room.

The fifth collection time of 1. shall be archived simultaneously with the files of other carriers in the archives department within one month after the formation. If there are special cases, the filing time can be appropriately extended.
2. archival departments should collect scattered and specific audio-visual materials of preservation value at any time.
The sixth collection requires 1. tapes, video tapes, video tapes, films, photographs (including negatives) and text descriptions to be collected in full, filed on time and established filing control measures.
Those who fail to file the documents in accordance with the regulations shall not be reimbursed for their formation expenses, so as to prevent loss. 2. accepts the original and original parts, and can receive duplicates under special circumstances; the contents of 3. audio-visual materials should be authentic, and the negatives, original and images, and replicas should be consistent.
The collection of seventh audio-visual archival materials is the responsibility of the 1. archives department to collect important audio-visual materials at any time. In the audio-visual materials collected by 2., all the major events involving the state and the posts and telecommunications departments of the whole country shall be submitted to the archives office of the general office of the Ministry of Posts and telecommunications.
The cost of the eighth audio-visual archives is charged. Nineteenth films, recording, video tapes and video tapes should be placed. The tape library must avoid the magnetic field above 30 oer. The spacing between the magnetic field box and the box should not be less than 3mm.
Twentieth photo archives of inventory are to be checked twice a year.
Twenty-first archived and archived audio-visual archives are not allowed to be revoked, extracted, cleaned, demagnetizing or altered privately. The destruction of audio-visual archives must be authenticated, obtained by the archiving units, and submitted to the competent leaders for approval and registration.

In case of damage caused by borrowing, the borrower is responsible for compensation.
