Specification For Chinese Letter Writing
For the secretarial staff, writing a decent and clear letter is not only about familiarity with the business or related background of the letter, but also the basic norms of Chinese and foreign letters.
The structure of Chinese letters is mainly composed of seven parts: address, opening word, text, reward pition, congratulating, signing, date, etc.
1, a form of address, is the honorific title of a letter writer to the recipient, mainly based on the affiliation, closeness, affinity, relationship between the elder and the young, and so on.

A letter can be said only one thing or a few things, but official letters should be one thing at a time.
The text should be clear, clear, concise, and pay attention to the feeling of propriety, and should not be suspicious of being insulting or frivolous.

8, postage should be paid enough, do not send letter of credit, so as not to cause time delay due to the return of postage, the stamp sticker should be standardized, but not too close to the address, so as not to hide the number of the door when the postmark is set, resulting in delivery trouble.
