Sudden changes in policies and personnel changes may make him feel unfair. The resignation of former superiors and past complaints are likely to greatly affect Zhigang's emotions, which will obviously affect him to make the correct judgments and choices calmly.
Third, in the new relationship between subordinates and superiors, Yu Zhigang will be angry with his new boss about his company's policy, which is unfair in itself.
Therefore, Yu Zhigang should take the initiative to "zero" the relationship between the two people, return to the starting position, and establish a fair relationship with superiors and superiors without prejudice.
