Ding Yuyang's "trial" for half a year was completed in four stores of the same company. Three of the stores have signed a probationary contract with him, which is one month, with the same target and 600 yuan per month. However, he did not seem to be very eager to "turn right".

"In this case, it is not meaningful to sign a three year contract," the industry authority said. "Because the remuneration of employees is completely drawn from the transaction, the enterprise has no basic human resources cost. If the turnover of a formal employee is zero within one month, then the cost of labor is zero. Therefore, in such a case, signing a three year contract does not improve the infringement of the workers' interests in the industry, and most people (employees) do not value it." He said.
Reporters learned that this is not all the content. Under normal circumstances, for the formal staff, when the two sides sign employment contracts, they will set up corresponding work indicators assessment, and usually check by the month. Once the index fails to achieve the target in the time interval of assessment, the employer will have the right to terminate the contract and not compensate for the loss. Reporters learned from many sides that this provision fully complies with the provisions of the new labor contract law.
Because of this, it is not necessarily a good thing for employees like Ding Yuyang to turn around, because perhaps one month after the completion of the contract is the end of his work contract. At that time, he even had to pay 600 yuan / month of basic wages to "beat the chicken", so in his view, the new labor contract law did not help much.
