Fourteenth inspection provisions

3. if it is found that the quality and specifications of the goods are not in conformity with the contract stipulations, or if the goods are proved to be defective within the warranty period stipulated in the thirteenth clause of the contract, including internal defects or unused raw materials, the buyer will arrange for the inspection by the Commodity Inspection Bureau and have the right to claim against the sellers according to the certificate of commodity inspection.
4. if, for some unforeseen reason, the inspection certificate is not completed within the validity period of the contract, the buyer shall cable the seller to extend the inspection period.
Fifteenth claims
1. the seller is liable for the goods which are not in conformity with this contract and the buyer claims in accordance with the thirteenth and fourteenth provisions of the contract. During the inspection and warranty period, the seller, with the consent of the buyer, may make one or several claims according to the following methods:

Sixteenth force majeure

2. the blocked party shall notify the other party as soon as possible when the force majeure occurs or terminates, and mail the certificate of accident issued by the authorities to the other party within 14 days after the accident.
3. if a force majeure accident lasts for more than 120 days, the other party shall have the right to notify the hindered party to terminate the contract by airmail in writing, and the notice shall come into force immediately.
The seventeenth arbitration

During the arbitration period, both parties shall continue to carry out other provisions except the dispute part in the contract.
Eighteenth delays and fines
If the seller fails to deliver the goods in time according to the contract, unless the Seller agrees to pay the extension penalty, the buyer agrees to postpone delivery.
The fine is deducted through payment at the negotiating bank, but the total amount of the penalty shall not exceed 5% of the total value of the delayed shipment. The penalty rate shall be 0.5% per week and less than 7 days for 7 days.
The buyer has the right to cancel the contract if the seller's delivery delay is 10 weeks longer than the contract period.
Despite the cancellation of the contract, the seller still has to deliver the above penalty to the Buyer immediately.
