    If the thirteenth land pfer period expires, if the land user applies for renewal again, he must re sign the pfer contract with Party A, pay the land use right pfer fee and register.

    If the land user no longer applies for renewal, the land use right under the contract, the ownership of the above ground buildings and other attachments shall be returned by the state without compensation, and the user of the land shall return the land use certificate and cancel the registration in accordance with the relevant provisions.



    Article fourteenth if a party fails to fulfill its obligations under the contract, it shall be deemed to have violated this contract, and the breaching party shall redress the breach within the period of the day after the receipt of the notice of the specific breach of contract by the other party.

    If there is no correction in the day, the defaulting party shall compensate the other party for all direct and foreseeable losses caused by the breach.



    Fifteenth, if Party B fails to pay any payable on time, the late fee will be paid per day on the day of late payment.



    Sixteenth the settlement, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute settlement of this contract shall be protected and governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.



    Article seventeenth disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled through consultation by the parties to the dispute.

    If negotiations fail, the following items shall be settled:
