    In order to prevent individual units from sacrificing their employees' income to ensure profit targets, the group is clear: the standard of performance pay should be set up, and no unit can avoid any prevarication under any pretext.

    Wang Sheping said that in order to retain talents, first of all, we must protect workers' economic rights and democratic rights, and realize the decent work of workers.

    Nowadays, the annual average wage growth rate of enterprises is about 10%, which is at a relatively high level in the same industry of Hebei province.



    At the same time, Wang Sheping believed that while safeguarding the economic rights and interests of workers and workers, democratic rights, and achieving decent work for workers, they also need to create conditions for employees to grow up, inspire people by creating fun, and set up a career view of "doing things, doing things and doing great things".
