Company Staff Rules And Regulations
In order to better adapt to the healthy development of the company, enhance the company's social competitiveness and improve the work efficiency of employees, we formulated the rules and regulations for staff of the company.
1, the implementation of the eight hour daily work system: 8:00-12:00 am; afternoon: 13:30-17:30 (after 5 may modify, notice).
2, do not be late, you need to arrive at the office 5 minutes ahead of time (for special reasons). If you can not comply, you will deduct 5 yuan from the monthly salary.
3, leave in special circumstances, and those who approve will be paid unpaid leave.
4, do not go to work hours to browse business related web pages or log in to private QQ, watch movies, download songs, and do other personal affairs once found once.
5, employees should not disclose the company's work secrets, work direction and customer situation, website user name and password, server login password, if any violation of this article, for immediate dismissal.
6, employees have the obligation to stop and refuse to use computers inside the company. In order to prevent computer viruses from invading the company's computer system, the discs and floppy disks owned by the company must not be used in the company's network system. Any book, CD or software owned by the company can not be loaned out of the company's premises without registration and approval.
7, employees should treat their customers courteously, enthusiastically, thoughtfully, impartially, everywhere, for the sake of their customers' interests. In order to maintain the image of the company, employees need to dress up neatly and behave in a civilized manner.
8, employees should love their careers, work hard and professionalism, work hard at work, actively forge ahead, and not be afraid of hardships. When they have no business or task, they should study new technologies and constantly enhance their competitiveness.
9, employees should help each other in their work, cooperate with each other, and care for each other in daily life. Employees should take care of the company's property, keep the company's environmental hygiene, care for and protect the health of other employees, and do not smoke in the office area.
10, canteen hygiene keeps clean and tidy. Outgoing employees can not get to the company in time for special reasons. They need to inform the company immediately to make preparations.
11. The assessment of the rules and regulations is linked to employee salaries.
12, the rules and regulations will be implemented since October 1, 2008, and the right to interpret and supplement should be assigned to the Mdt InfoTech Ltd (Beijing).
The company will record the above violations.
The above regulations shall be implemented on the date of notification, and shall be observed by all staff members.
