Business card is a symbol of personal identity. It has become an important tool for people's social activities. Therefore, the delivery, acceptance and storage of business cards should also pay attention to social etiquette.
名片的遞送。在社交場合,名片是自我介紹的簡便方式。交換名片的順序一般是:"先客后主,先低后高"。當(dāng)與多人交換名片時(shí),應(yīng)依照職位高低的順序,或是由近及 遠(yuǎn),依次進(jìn)行,切勿跳躍式地進(jìn)行,以免對方誤認(rèn)為有厚此薄彼之感。遞送時(shí)應(yīng)將名片正面面向?qū)Ψ?,雙手奉上。眼睛應(yīng)注視對方,面帶微笑,并大方地說:"這是我的名片,請多多關(guān)照。"名片的遞送應(yīng)在介紹之后,在尚未弄清對方身份時(shí)不應(yīng)急于遞送名片,更不要把名片視同傳單隨便散發(fā)。
名片的接受。接受名片時(shí)應(yīng)起身,面帶微笑注視對方。接過名片時(shí)應(yīng)說:"謝謝",隨后有一個(gè)微笑閱讀名片的過程,閱讀時(shí)可將對方的姓名職街念出聲來,并抬頭看看對方的臉,使對方產(chǎn)生一種受重視的滿足感。然后,回敬一張本人的名片,如身上未帶名片,應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ奖硎厩敢?/font>。在對方離去之前,或話題尚未結(jié)束,不必急于將對方的名片收藏起來。
名片的存放。接過別人的名片切不可隨意擺弄或扔在桌子上,也不要隨便地塞在口袋里或丟在包里。應(yīng)放在西服左胸的內(nèi)衣袋或名片夾里,以示尊重。
