　　1．尊重下屬的人格，下屬具有獨立的人格，領(lǐng)導不能因為在工作中與其具有領(lǐng)導與服從的關(guān)系而損害下屬的人格，這是領(lǐng)導最基本的修養(yǎng)和對下屬的最基本的禮儀。

2．善于聽取下屬的意見和建議。領(lǐng)導者應當采取公開的、私下的、集體的、個別的等多種方式聽取下屬的意見，了解下屬的愿望，這樣既可提高領(lǐng)導的威信，又可防止干群關(guān)系的緊張。

3．寬待下屬。領(lǐng)導應心胸開闊，對下屬的失禮、失誤應用寬容的胸懷對待，盡力幫助下屬改正錯誤，而不是一味打擊、處罰、更不能記恨在心，挾私報復。

4．培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)導的人格魅力。作為領(lǐng)導，除權(quán)力外，還應有自己的人格魅力。如良好的形象、豐富的知識、優(yōu)秀的口才、平易近人的作風等，這些都是與領(lǐng)導的權(quán)力沒有必須聯(lián)系的自然影響力。
