Procedures For Pshipment Of Non Pit Goods

　　（一）貨物運抵啟運地海關監管場所后，對已辦理出口貨物出境運輸工具訂艙的，申請人按《出口貨物報關單》的填制規范要求錄入數據后，向啟運地海關辦理出口貨物報關和轉關手續。并持啟運地海關簽發的關封和有關登記簿向出境地海關辦理轉關運輸貨物的出境手續。

(four) the customs of the exit country shall, within three working days after data pmission of the clean manifest of the outbound pport vehicle, handle the receipt of the goods for export.
