    On Accomplishment And Document Management Of Secretarial Staff

    First, the quality literacy of a good secretary is an important basic condition for the management of document archives.

First, with the basic quality requirements of civil servants as the basic conditions, when providing secretarial and document management personnel, the relevant professionals should be selected. Second, the professional staff on duty should regularly carry out education and training so that they can continuously improve their morality, business and skills to meet the requirements of the new situation; third, under the guidance of their respective business management departments, regular assessment should be made to the Secretary of the Department, document managers, especially the clerical secretary and document management staff.
