There is no doubt that the boss is the most noticeable stratum in today's society. As the most powerful group in today's commercial society, their influence on people mixed up with the workplace is also everywhere. Under what circumstances is the boss's influence very important?
There are two situations.
1, the scale of the company is small. A small company, the boss needs to fight side by side with the employees. The cohesion of the company often comes from the boss himself. His personal charisma, passion, ability and so on, have great influence on the staff and the driving force.
2, as a senior company in a large company. If it is in a large enterprise, the most easily affected by the boss will no longer be all employees, but those who must often communicate with the boss. The cooperation between the middle and upper level and the boss involves more profound problems such as values and strategies, so the recognition and tacit understanding with the boss is particularly important.
Since the boss is so important, what should a qualified boss be like? To answer this question, we need to look at it from an employee's point of view. A good boss should be:
1, good teacher. In an enterprise, the boss is usually the most experienced and the most powerful one. Perhaps in some professional fields, employees will be better than him, but in the core business of enterprises, bosses must be the most authoritative and sober ones in the overall development of enterprises. Good boss must be able to help and guide employees in these areas, just like a good teacher.
2, good friends. Whether or not we should make friends with our boss is a very difficult thing for Chinese to express clearly. What we are going to discuss here is not the problem. A good boss needs to understand his employees and understand his employees, which is also the basis for good communication with his employees. We see many successful entrepreneurs and their employees, like friends, who care about their lives and families. Just like making friends, today's employment relationship also has an important condition, that is, trust!
3, parents. Most people want to be able to meet a good company, a good boss, and develop together with them, and find an organization to rely on (whether they are willing or not, but the situation is most people are like this). Especially in today's frequent flow of talents, many young people are leaving home to work in a strange city. They need to find a place with a sense of belonging in their hearts, and the boss is an important factor in creating this sense of belonging.
4, the leader. To some extent, the enterprise is a carrier to realize the idea of "boss", and for employees, the enterprise is the place where employees strive for. Therefore, the boss is responsible for the double development of enterprises and employees. He needs to lead the enterprises and employees to move forward in the direction of success, and tell people how to do it. Therefore, for employees, the boss is also a leader, he needs to have enough vision, thinking and strength to lead everyone to achieve the enterprise and staff.
