How To Develop "Personality Charm"
Now I will talk about my views on my understanding and feeling of "personality charm".
The so-called "personality charm" refers to a person in the interaction with other people, others feel convinced, happy, safe and other feelings of the comprehensive concept. He generally refers to the exclusive evaluation of "leaders" in an organization.
"Personality charm" has a congenital part, but more important is the understanding and self-cultivation of the day after tomorrow.
The congenital part mainly refers to the personal interest. I think interest is from one person to the other. Some people like literature, some like natural science, some of them like to explore the general rule of the world - philosophy, and some people like to lead others - that is what we usually call "child king".
The main part of the day after tomorrow is that a person chooses his books and knowledge (direct and indirect knowledge) that he has read and studied because of his natural interests and hobbies, and is brave enough to practice. Now I would like to talk about my experience of how to achieve "personality charm".
First, we must have our own driving force. A man has a strong desire to become a successful leader before he can study what he should do, and get the respect that others have longed for for their leadership. Without this premise, it is difficult to cultivate their own "personality charm".
Two, good nature. Without good nature, no matter how good it is, it will not become the "glamour". This is also the premise. Because there is no good nature, it is impossible to genuinely think about others. Even the basic "personality" is not, so talk about charm.
Three, self-knowledge and continuous learning. The ancients said, "people are valuable and have self-knowledge." That is to say, the most precious thing for a man is to know his own merits and demerits. Only when we really know ourselves can we know how to develop our strengths and improve ourselves. What I mean by learning is not to find books that are specifically "glamour". One is not, and the other is narrow. What I mean by learning refers to generalized learning, which requires accumulation of learning over the years. The content of learning includes: learning all the professional and social science books that you like; learning the character of the noble people around; learning the skills of human life; learning the ability to solve and deal with problems from practice.
Four, practice the nature of tolerance. No one is always right, so are subordinates. Not everyone thinks you have the power, so what do you do? Is it far away from home, or is there a lot of people working together? I think that if we want to have "personality charm", we must be the latter. And this needs a lot of practice. It takes a process from youthful spirit to calm life. This process is practice.
Five, we must have a sense of right and wrong and resolutely refuse to be a good old man. If you want everyone to like you, you can't do it. You can only make everyone admire you. It is the most dislike and the most glamour.
You know, most people want to have a wise leader to lead them in their hearts. Their minimum requirement for such leaders is that they are strong in their ideas, because only a team led by such a leader can punish evil and promote good deeds, so as to ensure the cohesion of a team.
Six, it is imperative to deal with the "bad guys" who seriously affect the team. We must resolutely and resolutely crack down on the "bad guys" in the team until they are dismissed. This is not only the need of team building, but also the purification of team environment and the development of team health in everyone's mind. In turn, this is equivalent to giving the "good employees" table prizes. Here is why we should deal with the "bad guys" decisively. The reason is very simple. These people can not only help the team progress, but more importantly, they will lead to the failure of the whole team. As a result, the efficiency of team work is decreasing rapidly, the team spirit is seriously damaged, and even the good staff union is losing.
For example, I was sent to a team for leadership in an enterprise, because the team was inefficient and internally confused. After I arrived at the team, the first thing I did was to investigate and see what was the reason. The result of the survey is the same as I thought before: the original team leader has no way of doing things. There is no right or wrong in management. The first thing I did was to deal with the "bad guys" in the team in a moderate way, and promoted the competent people to take the responsibility. In less than a week, the team's working style and efficiency had been greatly improved.
Seven, we are not afraid of making mistakes and practicing bravely. No matter what field, people who are afraid of making mistakes will never succeed. The same principle will not improve the "personality charm" of success. IBM has an enterprise motto: if you want to succeed, please double the speed of making mistakes. In the practice of "personality charm", people must be brave enough to practice. In practice, we should find out problems, correct them, and constantly sum up experience in practice. This is also an essential quantitative process in "personality cultivation".
