Property Trust Contract

The same party: the entrusted unit (referred to as Party A).

Entrusted units (referred to as Party C):

In the case of a property trust in the direction of Party C, except for the provisions of the basic agreement on property trust, the specific provisions of the property trust shall be supplemented by the following clauses:

First, Party A will prepare the equipment (materials) ready for sale to the unit, and propose the property trust to the party, and require the party to provide financing during the delay in payment of the purchase unit.

Second party A guarantees the execution of the supply contract concluded between the supplier and the buyer.

Party A shall be responsible for any breach of delivery or product quality.

The third party agrees that according to the fourth provision of the "basic agreement on property trust", two days after receipt of the bank acceptance bill of the required unit, the party shall forward all the payment to Party A on the basis of the amount of the acceptance bill.

Fourth Party A shall pay the party's property trust fee at the time of two days after receiving the advance payment from Party B.

The fifth article, from the date of the signing of this contract, until the total recovery of the capital and interest of the third party is the period of the property trust. During this period, if any accident occurs, and the party can not recover the financing principal and interest on time, Party A confirms that the party a has the right to pursue the unrecovered capital and interest to Party A.
