A week later, the best dormitory was taken by our 206 dormitory. At the time of concentration, the life committee called our dormitory chief to speak, the dormitory grew up, but just looked at you with a giggle. Finally, he asked me to speak up for him. I went up to say to everyone: this time we can get a good dormitory first thanks to our hostel leader. Although he is only 15 years old, he is still a junior high school student, but he is very responsible for his work. He will help to do every where he does badly. Every time he does cleaning, he will take the lead in doing it. Secondly, we have a clear responsibility, who will sweep the floor, who will clean the toilet, who will dump garbage, everyone will do his job, the Dormitory Supervisor will check and inspect. Once again, our goal is clear, that is, we must take the first place and everyone has a strong sense of honor. We are very serious about not cleaning the dormitory as a trivial matter. When I finished these, the whole audience gave us a big round of applause.
And why do people who are so capable in a dormitory end up with the worst dormitory? The hostel chief of the worst dormitory also came to the floor to speak. The reason was that no one took the lead. Even if someone took the lead, there was no reasonable division of labor. As a result, all the things in a dormitory should be done by one person. Others stood on the side and looked at them. So you looked at me, I looked at you, and when the results came out, Some people say that our officers and soldiers are few. Some people say that the hostel leader has not played a leading role. Some people also do not agree with the inspection standard. Some people also doubt whether the inspector's score is scientific. ..
It's just a small thing, but it reflects the characteristics of human nature. When you do well, you owe your credit to your efforts, and when you do not do well, you should shift the responsibility to the environment. It is very ironic that even the people of the academic Buddha are not exceptions.
There are so many reasons, and the worst results are already there. The reason for these reasons is that they do not do well, but they do not want to do it. If they are willing to do it, they can do well. Yes, a lot of things can be done well if we try hard. The key is how many people are willing to do it in earnest. Chairman Mao said that people fear "serious" two words. I do not believe that even those who are not well managed in dormitories can manage a department or even an enterprise.
We all know that the three monks do not have the reason to drink water, not because the three monks do not have the ability, but that they do not want to think of ways. It is also a group of lazy people, also a group of selfish people who are afraid of losing money. Why do different people come to manage different results? What does this have to do with it? Attitude has something to do with ability. I do not believe that an expert will be inferior to a junior high school student, the same environment, the same system, the same standard, the same is a group of strangers from all over the country, junior high school students can manage well, experts do not manage well, is this an environmental problem or an attitude problem?
