France'S Winter Discount Season Will End At &Nbsp; Nearly 80% Businesses Are Disappointed.
France's 2010 Winter discount season will come to a close on 9 days, and 8 of the relevant agencies released a survey showing that nearly 80% businesses were disappointed with the sales performance of the quarter.
