At present, Bishan has the production scale of about 60000000 pairs of leather shoes per year, with more than 1300 shoe making enterprises, with an output value of 4 billion 570 million yuan and nearly 40 brands.

A shoe factory in Wuhan published a recruitment advertisement in Dongguan Houjie labor market: age 18 to 35 years old, sewing workers 1800 yuan to 2500 yuan per month, general worker 1500 yuan / month, bags and board and lodging. Reporters learned that at present, the minimum monthly basic wage level in Shenzhen is 900 yuan, Guangzhou is 860 yuan, and Dongguan is 770 yuan. However, in the provinces such as Hubei and Hunan that undertake more coastal industrial pfer, the current treatment is much closer to the Pearl River Delta. Many Dongguan enterprises have to go to Yunnan, Guizhou and northwest provinces to recruit workers.
Adjusting structure to realize economic pformation
Shen Shuguang, director of the social security research center of Zhongshan University, believes that the pformation and upgrading of the Pearl River delta industry is imperative. In view of the increasingly serious shortage of labor, before the Spring Festival this year, Dongguan, Zhongshan and other cities raised the minimum wage standard to keep people's voice very high. The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security has recently made clear that Shenzhen will raise the minimum wage this year.
