In 2009, the data of Quanzhou enterprises' "standard setting" showed that 81 units in the city participated in the revision of 64 standards at all levels, and the number of units and items involved in the standard revision was the highest in history.

Leading enterprises in many footwear and food industries in Quanzhou are "starring" to set up national standards.

In the next ten years, the top grade knitted fabrics will be widely supplied to all parts of the world. The national standards formulated by the Quanzhou textile fabric enterprises provide strong technical impetus for our national standard to integrate with international standards as soon as possible.

The strategy of marking the fabric industry is only a microcosm of Quanzhou enterprises' active participation in the formulation of the national standard. Government subsidized enterprise standard

Data show that all sectors of Quanzhou's participation in standardization activities achieved a total subsidy of 1 million 495 thousand yuan.

Among them, subsidies for participating in the national standard revision project were 960 thousand yuan, 45 thousand yuan for the participation in the industry standard revision project, 30 thousand yuan for the participation in the local standard revision project, 410 thousand yuan for the Secretariat unit of the special bid committee, and 50 thousand yuan for the construction of the standard information service platform project construction unit.

Driven by the preferential subsidy policy of the Quanzhou municipal government, many leading enterprises in the footwear and food industry have achieved remarkable results in the preemption of the standard "discourse power": PEAK sports, Green clothing, nine herdmen and Li Lang have all taken the lead in the stage of making the national standard of shoes and clothing industry; the close relatives, yak food and Anji foods have made great contributions to the establishment of the national standard and the establishment of the standard; the professional standardization technical committees and working group projects sponsored by the 4 units of xunxing zipper, strong men's clothing, Jomoo group and tea product quality inspection center respectively, set up benchmarks for the domestic counterparts.

Standard alliances to enhance competitiveness

The establishment of standards is not only the upgrading of quantity, but also the pformation of quality.

In the wake of the respective standards set by the enthusiastic enterprises, members of Quanzhou's industrial chain attach great importance to the formation of standard alliances.

While promoting industrial optimization and upgrading, changing the mode of economic development is no less a pformation of Quanzhou's enterprises.

If the standard affects an enterprise, then the standard alliance affects the competitiveness of an industry or even a regional industrial cluster.

In the Zhejiang area of Guangdong, many standard alliances have been formulated and implemented in succession. "Pillar industries such as textile, clothing, food and beverage, building materials, craft products, shoes and other pillar industries have the conditions and foundations to make standard alliances to protect the whole industry in an orderly way."

As a derivative of the industrial cluster, the standard alliance will enable many affiliated enterprises to have "standard" to follow, effectively eliminate the problem of rough production and low price disorderly competition in the industrial cluster, so as to further improve the product quality and provide a powerful driving force for the pformation and upgrading of our industry.

Recently, the Quanzhou children's shoes enterprise group took part in the National Conference on the standardization of shoemaking, revised the request for "travel shoes", proposed the establishment of the "shoe lamp inspection rules, packaging, pportation and storage" and the "footwear surface test method tensile strength and elongation" industry standards review conference, "footwear steel hook heart" mandatory national standards review conference.

It shows that Quanzhou enterprises once again stride forward to the national standard.

"As the main base for children's sports shoes, the participation of Quanzhou enterprises will make the shoe making standards more rationalized."

Chen Shuqing, Secretary General of the China children's products research center, said.

This year, there will be hundreds of standard development in Quanzhou. Once again, we will fill the gap in the field of domestic standardization, and develop a new round of development potential in the domestic and international counterparts.
