He Zhixiong, a disabled youth with cerebellar hemiplegia, has been rejected for 200 consecutive times after graduating from university.
3 years ago, he started his own business with 1000 yuan. Now he owns more than 10 computer repair chain stores with an annual income of over 100 thousand yuan.
He disclosed yesterday that he was preparing a technical school to train practical technical talents such as mold design, manufacture, computer application, vehicle maintenance, costume design and production.
He Zhixiong, 27, is the fourth self starring model in Wuhan and startups in Wuchang District in 2008. In 2008, he represented China's disabled entrepreneurs to participate in the International Forum on the rights of persons with disabilities.
He Zhixiong was born with cerebellar hemiplegia.
He can walk when he is 1 years old. He is still learning to crawl when he is 3 years old. He walks for another 10 minutes. He has to walk for 1 hours. He can not speak clearly, his grip is soft and weak, and it takes him about more than 10 minutes to wear clothes.
He made great efforts to finish primary and secondary school, and then entered Wuhan Polytechnic. He passed the college entrance examination and studied electronics and Information Engineering in Wuhan University of Science and Engineering.
He Zhixiong, who was graduating from college, went to a job fair to find a job. From December 2005 to July 2006, he threw more than 200 resumes but got nothing.
After many setbacks in his job search, He Zhixiong decided that "I could be a boss when I could not be an employee".
In August 2006, He Zhixiong set up a computer repair shop in the district with his mother's 1000 yuan. With his flexible mind and honesty, his business is getting better and better.
A few months later, he opened two branches in the city of computer and Castle Peak.
After opening 7 chain repair shops, He Zhixiong set up a computer maintenance training class in 2008.
Students learn skills for two months, one month internship, outstanding performance by He Zhixiong to help open shop or stay in the shop.
Over the past two years, his computer maintenance training course has trained more than 300 people.
In 2007, Tania Byron, director of the international charity organization Ronald Jishi, inspected He Zhixiong company, calling him "a typical example of Chinese disabled entrepreneurs" and providing him with an interest free loan of 10 thousand yuan.
In May 2008, He Zhixiong was invited to participate in the summit of the International Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, held in Ethiopia.
In January 29th this year, he was awarded the title of "training supermarket for college students' comprehensive quality and ability" sponsored by the Communist Youth League and Hubei satellite TV.
