In the 220 female labor force of Shu Yuan village, there are more than 100 women in the garment industry. This income has become the main source of farmers' income in Shu Yuan village.

Although her career has been small, she has developed another entrepreneurial dream. "Now the state has increased investment in agriculture, encouraging farmers to set up agricultural bases, and we can go to rural areas to start businesses."

Now, Shu Yuan chicken breeding cooperatives develop 16 members, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan.

Talking about the way of development in the future, Bao Hongling is complacent: "in the future, I will build leisure wooden houses in six acres of base, so that tourists can eat farm food and live in rural cottages."
