    "The pressure of small and medium-sized enterprises which are mainly in processing and without independent property rights will be very large. Some small businesses will not be able to bear it," Zhang Qunkai, manager of Hui'an human resources recruitment department, is very contradictory. "No mention of wage workers who do not want to come.     Raising the minimum wage standard, the provincial people's Insurance Office's idea is to enhance the attractiveness of Guangdong's employment, guide the return of foreign labor, and ease the problem of recruitment difficulties in some industries.
